Project Description
A construction bridge loan of up to EUR 14.3 million to Danube Solar Five SRL (the "Borrower"), a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Romania. The loan will be dedicated for the construction and operation of 2 solar PV power plants with 60 MW in total capacity in Romania (the "Project").
Project Objectives
The Project will contribute to climate mitigation by adding 60MW solar generation capacity to the Romanian national energy system.

The Project targets the "Green" and "Competitive" Transition Impact qualities by supporting the construction of solar farms with a total installed capacity of 60MW. This capacity is expected to generate 77.6 GWh contributing to CO2 savings of ca. 32.2 thousand tonnes annually.
