Description : The project scope includes the following improvements on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 21 (Stagecoach Trail North) between I-94 crossing and 40th Street North:
1) safety improvements - including center left turn lanes and right turn lanes
2) pavement improvements
3) surface water management
4) intersection improvements
Preliminary design along with public engagement will determine the final project scope, right-of-way acquisition required, and cost estimates.
