Project Description and Rationale : Completion of the Crosstown Trail from North Ridge Trail to Ninth Line through the construction of a hard surface asphalt multi-use trail suitable for both pedestrians and cyclists. The work is necessary to support multi-modal transportation and to support the goals, objectives and recommendations of the Active Transportation Master Plan Update (2017) and the Transportation Master Plan (Switching Gears) Review (2018). Construction is scheduled for 2027.
