The validity of the concession is 9 years. Extension to the concession for the 32-km-long Cuencam-Yerbans sub-section. The validity of the concession is modified to 14 years 6 months. The term of the concession is extended to 30 years. Construction exploitation operation conservation and maintenance of the Torren-Cuencam-Yerbans section with a length of 117 km which begins at km 115 200 of the Torren-Cuencam-Durango highway and ends at km 232 200 of the same highway or at km 9 280 of the Gmez Palacio-Ciudad Jurez highway Durango. They are added to the validity of the concession for up to 30 more years.
