Construct operate exploit conserve and maintain the highway of high specifications of federal jurisdiction Libramiento Oriente of San Luis Potos with a length of 33.7 km. The validity of the concession is 8 years 6 months. FIRST ADDENDUM 11161994. The validity of the 30-year concession is modified. SECOND ADDENDUM 11302006. The Financial Program is modified.THIRD ADDENDUM 11302007. The construction operation exploitation conservation and maintenance of section 1 of 33.7 km in length of the Libramiento Poniente road of San Luis Potos is added and it has as a burden the obligation to build and preserve during the term of validity section 2 of approximately 6 km of the Libramiento Poniente road of San Luis Potos which is not subject to exploitation. Right of way included The validity of the concession is fixed which expires on 10172037. FOURTH ADDENDUM 08292008. The section 3 established in the annex 2 referring to the works program is added to the load and the tracing of surponiente is changed originally proposed to the norponiente.FIFTH ADDENDUM 08312009. Annex 2 referring to the works program and Annex 5 referring to tariffs is modified. SIXTH ADDENDUM 08312009. The term of the concession is modified until October 14 2050 for additional investments.
