The validity of the concession is modified in 11 years from 19121991 for the original section and 25 years from 15121993 of the section included in this addendum. The construction operation conservation and maintenance of the section La Marquesa-Lerma de Villada of the Mexico-Toluca highway is included. The right of way is included. Additionally the validity of the concession is extended until 07312049.
