Project Description
The Project comprises EUR 40 million loan to Kervan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ("Kervan" or the "Company") to finance its capital expenditure plans and working capital needs, as well as to refinance its existing short-term loans.
Project Objectives
The main objective of the Project is to finance Kervan's various automation, efficiency, and maintenance investment plans for FY25/26, refinance a portion of the Company's existing short-term loans and fund the Company's working capital requirements.
