Scope : To Develop Commercial Space in Bengaluru, Karnataka
Bengaluru-based Brigade Group plans to develop a Rs 750-crore commercial space in Bengaluru, and through the real estate developer's wholly-owned subsidiary, Brigade Tetrarch, it has entered into a limited liability partnership (LLP) agreement for the project.
The proposed development will have 1.4 million sq. ft. of leasable area, with plans to build world-class tech-enabled commercial spaces, with adequate amenities that caters to the dynamic needs of businesses. It is expected to generate an annual lease income of Rs 100 crore.
The project is strategically located on Airport Road, which is a commercial hub in Bengaluru, ensuring good connectivity and accessibility.
Brigade Enterprises recorded presales of Rs 1,086 crore during the three-month period, alongside a sales volume of 1.15 million sq. ft. in the quarter ended 30 June.
