Quick Fit Club is planning to develop a commercial complex 'Olive Club' at Vesu in Surat district of Gujarat.
The upcoming project will span over 1.63 acres of land parcel comprising a building with 2B+G+7 floors, including a hotel, a restaurant and banquet halls.
Quick Fit Club is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other mandatory permissions for the project.
In addition, work on the project is expected to begin in Q3/FY24 and get completed by November, 2026. Furthermore, the contractor is yet to be finalised.
