Scope : To Develop IT/ITES Commercial Complexes Project 'Grandthum' located in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh
Real estate developer Group 108, managing partners of the under-construction IT/ITES project 'Grandthum' located in Greater Noida West, will invest Rs 2,000 crore in the region across various projects. The company will complete the maiden project under the new brand name.
The project, which is spread over approximately 23 acres with 40 lakh sq. ft. of the built-up area in Techzone-IV (Greater Noida West) comprises two towers of G+34 and G+30 floors. It is a mix of premium retail, office spaces and entertainment, and includes studio/service apartments, a multiplex , and a waterbody of three acres with a yacht.
The developer signed an MoU to invest over Rs 2,000 crore at the UP investment Summit held in February, 2023 and is in the process of acquiring more projects, particularly in the National Capital Region (NCR) in FY24. The investment would be financed through promoters’ funds and internal accruals.
