Scope: To Develop a Commercial Complex-Cum-Multiplex at Marutharode village in Palakkad district of Kerala.
HiLITE Builders is planning to develop a commercial complex-cum-multiplex at Marutharode village in Palakkad district of Kerala.
The proposed complex, which will spread over 4.7 acres of land parcel includes the construction of a building of two basement+4 upper floors.
The project comprises a retail shopping area, multiplex of 1,500 seats and food courts/ restaurant of 700 seats.
In May 2022, HiLITE Builders received environmental clearance (EC) for the project.
The architect and contractor have been finalized. The work on the project is expected to commence by July 2023.
