Scope : To Redevelop the Commercial Complex 'Citipark' in Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Vrihis Properties intends to redevelop the commercial complex 'Citipark' in Powai, Mumbai, by demolishing the existing building.
The complex comprises the construction of a tower with three-level B including parking and services+G+first floor with retail and miniplex+second storey with retail and restaurant+third level with parking facilities+fourth to 17th with offices and 18th floor with offices and services including various modern amenities.
The proposed project will also involve setting up a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 305 cmd based on advanced technology.
On 22 February 2022, Vrihis Properties received environmental clearance from the state Environment impact assessment authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra.
The company plans to commence the work on the project in Q3/FY24.
