Alembic is planning to develop a commercial complex 'Banyan Court Offices' at Kasba in Vadodara district of Gujarat.
The proposed project will spread over 6.60 acres of land parcel, and would comprise two commercial towers with B+G+10 floors, hotel building of B+G+10 floors, MLCP building of G+7 floors, and an amenity block of G+1 floor, along with a parking facility.
Alembic is awaiting terms of reference (ToR) for the project.
The company expects to begin work on the project by November, 2023.
