Azalfa Building Construction intends to develop a commercial complex 'Azalfa Trade Centre' at Mainpur Shankar in Patna district of Bihar.
The proposed project will span over 1.28 acres of land and would comprise two towers with B+LG+UG+12 floors, including shops, a food court, banquet hall, storage and service area, offices, and other facilities.
Azalfa Building Construction expects to begin work in Q3/FY24 and has scheduled completion for October, 2026.
Presently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other local permissions for the project. Further, the contractor is yet to be finalised.
