Skyline Propcon is planning to construct a commercial complex at Sector-72, Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
The proposed project will cover over 3.05 acres of land and encompasses a building with LG+G+first to fifth floor. These floors will include a food court, restaurant, clubhouse and service apartments with guest rooms.
Design and specification work is underway. Currently, Skyline Propcon is in the process of appointing a contractor for the project.
