Ceratec Corp is planning to develop a commercial complex at Balewadi in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project will span over 1.27 acres of land parcel comprising a building with 2B+G+6 floors, along with shops on ground floor, restaurant, food court on first floor, including offices from second to sixth floor.
Ceratec Corp expects to begin work on the project by November 2023, and is in the process of finalising the contractor.
Currently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other mandatory approvals for the project
