Parbatbhai Kachhadiya is planning to develop a commercial complex at Simada in Surat district of Gujarat.
The project will spread over 1.34 acres of land, and would comprise a building with B+G+10 storeys, including shops, offices and a parking facility.
Amideep Ventures intends to commence the work on the project by Q3/FY24.
As of now, Amideep Ventures is awaiting environmental clearance for the project. The company will appoint the contractors as it receives the approval.
Moreover, the firm has scheduled the completion of the project for December 2026.
