Scope of Work:
Construction of Commendatore Tower, Jeddah.
Description:
The 48-floor tower will cover a land area of 11,928 sqm. A building permit request was submitted to Jeddah Municipality at the end of 2023. Once the building permit is obtained, the construction phase will commence immediately. The concept design was submitted to Jeddah municipality and a pilot project approved by the higher committee in 2022. The project is being carried out by Ibdaa Properties, a joint venture between Dar Al Arkan and Saleh Alsoraye, the landowner.
