In This Context, The Eu-Funded Corali-Dar Project Will Develop A Low-Cost, Low-Power And Reliable Advanced Detection And Ranging Sensor System As A Platform For The Automotive Market And Beyond. The Project Will Integrate Into The Same Module Both Radio And Light-Based Sensing, And Exploit Lidar’S High-Resolution Capabilities And Radar’S Strong Reliability In Adverse Weather Conditions. Corali-Dar Will Deliver A Detection And Ranging System Compatible With The Automotive Industry. The Full Integration Of Photonics And Electronics Will Reduce Manufacturing Cost And Operational Power.
