Project Description
The proposed project consists of (i) an IFC equity commitment of up to €15 million in Cogito Fund II SCA SICAV RAIF (Cogito II or the Fund) and (ii) a co-investment envelope of up to €10 million, on a delegated authority basis, to invest in select companies alongside the Fund.
Cogito II is a closed-end venture capital (VC) fund targeting investments in technology companies primarily in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The Fund will be domiciled in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with a target size of €125 million.
