Project summary
The objective of the Top-Up II RBC project , Climate Financing from the Brussels-Capital Region complementary to Enabel's actions, is to provide climate financing for additional activities (Top-up) within the framework of the actions implemented by Enabel in the three partner countries of the following Belgian bilateral cooperation:


(1) Rwanda for sustainable and resilient urban development (resilient urbanization);

(2) Palestine to develop public spaces resilient to climate change (efficient urbanization);

(3) Mozambique to strengthen the cluster of existing desalination units (climate resilient infrastructure).
