Scope :
Chibia Wind Farm is a 78MW onshore wind power project. It is planned in Huila, Angola. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2030.
The project is expected to generate 122,493MWh electricity to offset 77,974t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $135.486m.
The wind power project consists of 39 turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2030.
