Capital Waterfront Phase 1A Development Works project in Manama.
Description:
The project scope for Waterfront Project Phase 1A includes demolition of existing structures, new landscaping, construction of new boardwalks in addition to running and cycle tracks, children's playground, viewing stands and setting up ample space for car parking. Also under the project, administrative and security building as well as a guard house will be set up. The key infrastructure work includes electrical substation, refuse rooms, public toilets, pump rooms, water tanks, street lighting and irrigation system. The project is slated for completion in 36 months, estimate of the project cost is $50 million.
