The "Credit to Finance Public Sector Operations" (Credit to Finance Public Sector Operations) is the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) "New Coronavirus Pneumonia and Economic Recovery Emergency Assistance and Preparedness Project" (Emergency Support and Preparedness Program for COVID-19 and Economic The framework loan mechanism under Reactivation provides CABEI member governments and public sector institutions with preferential loans to promote anti-epidemic relief measures with a maximum amount of US$50 million per country.
The uses of loan funds include but are not limited to: 1. Infrastructure construction; 2. Equipment, items and medicines required for the prevention, detection and treatment of COVID-19; 3. Strengthening the care capacity of the medical system and expanding coverage; Impact.

Project goal: To assist CABEI member states to strengthen the public health and medical system's ability to prevent and control the epidemic and reduce the impact on vulnerable groups, so as to prepare for the subsequent economic recovery.
