The Burj Mubarak Al-Kabir Tower will be designed by the Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava, and is estimated to take about 25 years to be completed. The new landmark will feature a range of facilities, including a hotel, offices, apartments, and observation decks, as well as a range of retail and dining options. It is expected to become a major tourist attraction and a symbol of Kuwaitβs ambition and progress. The project is expected to create thousands of jobs and attract significant foreign investment to the country.
