Block 4 is a conventional gas development located in deepwater in Tanzania and is operated by Shell Tanzania. Discovered in 2010, Block 4 lies in block Block 4, with water depth of around 4,592 feet.
The project is currently in feasibility stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2028. The Block 4 conventional gas development will involve the drilling of approximately six wells and includes subsea tree.
