Scope of Work:
Construction of Biomass Power Plant in Vietnam’s northern province of Yen Bai.
Description:
Construction of the power plant is set to take 2.5 years. It can consume 500,000 tons of wood residue as fuel yearly. It has an annual capacity of 50 MW and selling prices of 8.47 U.S. cents per kWh. It is supported by the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) fund of Japan’s Ministry of the Environment.
