Description:
This new bridge over Savitri River will connect Bankot (near Vesvi Port) in Ratnagiri District and Bagmandla (near Harihareshwar) in Raigad District. Bankot Bridge on Maharashtra State Highway SH-4 (Revas – Reddi Coastal Highway) is part of a series of at least 8 new bridges being built by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) across creeks and rivers to cut down driving times between towns along the Arabian Sea.
