Project Description
Provision of a senior loan of up to USD 30 million to Autoport Liman Isletmeleri A.S. (the "Borrower"). The Bank's proceeds will be used to co-finance the expansion of the Borrower's port facilities, such as extending the berth length and increase the yard capacity (the "Project").

Project Objectives
The Project's goal is to expand the Borrower's Roll-on/Roll-off ("RoRo") and general cargo handling capacity and prevent potential bottlenecks in vehicle and general cargo import and export activities in the East Marmara region of Türkiye.
