Scope : To Develop Alipore Green City Project in Kolkata, West Bengal
Palladium Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Mills, has completed the acquisition of a 5.5-acre land parcel in Alipore, Kolkata.
PCPL has acquired the land parcel at Rs. 414.31 crores. The project will include 325-350 homes. The acquired land is part of the upcoming Alipore green city development project in Kolkata. The project is located in Alipore and has excellent road access to the city's major residential and commercial districts.
The company intends to begin construction on the site immediately and expects to complete the project by 2028-2029.
