π Tender Overview
"The project "" ALB-EU "" addresses the crucial and multifaceted process of Albania's integration into the European Union (EU). The project centers on developing a cycle of 35 modules, each dedicated to one negotiating chapter, tailored to the specifics of Albania's accession negotiations. The prepared modules will be taught in open lectures in the University of Tirana (Faculty of Economy and Institute of European Studies) in order to provide in-depth information, analytical thinking, and technical skills, empowering students to assess the socio-economic implications and challenges of aligning Albanian legislation with EU standards. These modules will bridge the educational gap in the University of Tirana (UT), fostering a deep understanding of the EU accession process and its implications. By equipping students with a nuanced understanding of the integration process, the project strives to foster a proactive and engaged youth who can contribute meaningfully to the country's development within the European Union. In this context, the project strategically addresses gaps in past initiatives, offering a holistic and comprehensive educational experience by covering all 35 negotiating chapters and focusing on students that already have the necessary primary skills and a good primary understanding of the economy, laws, and society, emphasizing practical skills for analyzing EU legislation compliance in Albania. The outcomes and methodologies developed possess the capacity to influence multiple EU countries by sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and promoting common European values thus ensuring the trans-national dimension of the project aligning with the broader objectives of the European Union."
