Scope : To Construct Affordable Housing Project 'Tathastu' in Gurugram, Haryana
Gurugram-based realty firm Ganga Realty will invest Rs 750 crore to develop its first affordable housing project, named 'Tathastu' in Gurugram. The project is located in Sector 5, Sohna, Gurugram and will cater to the end-user requirements in the area in the affordable and mid segment budget category.
The project comprises 14 towers with around 2972 affordable units in three-BHK configuration, utilising a carpet area of 645.73 sq. ft. and a super area of 1,000 sq. ft. The units have been priced at Rs 25.14 lakh. It is expected to be delivered by Q1 of 2027.
The project will be spread across approx. 22 acres and offer recreational amenities such as in-house commercial shops, elevated clubhouse, swimming pool, kids dedicated area, park. The existing schools and shopping malls, and other facilities in the vicinity add to its attraction as a residential space. In terms of supporting infrastructure, it is near the proposed metro station, and has smooth connectivity with IGI Airport and KMP Expressway.
The funding of the project will be managed through internal monetary strengths and customer advances, making it an essentially 'self-funded' project.
The residential project will contribute to the vision of 'Housing for All'.
