Scope To Construct an Affordable Housing Project at Harohalli Industrial area Ramanagara in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.Sona Infrabuild plans to construct an affordable housing project at Harohalli Industrial area Ramanagara in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.The proposed project will span over 10 acres of land.In June 2023 Sona Infrabuild received approval for a land proposal from the State Level Single Window Clearance Committee SLSWCC for its upcoming housing project.The company has acquired the land and is awaiting all the mandatory permits from the authority for the project. It will soon appoint a contractor and machinery supplier for the project.Meanwhile Sona Infrabuild is also in the process to prepare a design plan and intends to commence work on the project by February 2024.
