Scope : To Develop a Group Housing Project at Sector-68 in Badshahpur, Gurugram district of Haryana.
Pareena Infrastructures is planning to develop a group housing project at Sector-68 in Badshahpur, Gurugram district of Haryana.
The proposed project will span across 10.03 acres of land parcel comprising eight towers with G+24 floors, including flats, two commercial buildings in which Building-I will have G+4 floors, and Building-II will have a ground floor along with Anganwadi, community hall and other facilities.
Pareena Infrastructures expects to commence the work on the project in Q3/FY24 and complete it by December 2027.
As of now, Pareena Infrastructures is awaiting environmental clearance for the project.
