Scope : To Develop a 26-acre Sobha Crystal Meadows Row Housing Project in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Sobha will develop a 26-acre row housing project, Sobha Crystal Meadows in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company’s estimated total revenue potential for the project stands at approx. Rs 2,700 to 2,800 crore. The construction is expected to begin soon on the RERA certified project.
The project located off Sarjapur Road in the heart of the city’s commercial hub, will cater to C-suite executives. Inspired by Victorian architectural style, and boasting prime location advantage Sobha Crystal Meadows will be developed in five phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion by December 2029, second phase by December 2031, the third phase by December 2032. The fourth phase by December 2033 and the fifth phase is anticipated to completed by December 2035. Sobha's estimated total revenue potential for Sobha Crystal Meadows stands at approx. Rs 2,700-2,800 crore.
The project comprises 290 English-themed row houses, and the four-BHK row houses with a super built-up area ranging from 4,237 to 4,815 sq. ft. wil be spread across G+3 levels.
