Scope : To Develop a 100-acre Real Estate Project in Navi Mumbai, Maharshtra
US-based Forbes Global Properties on 25 January, 2024 announced its foray into the real estate market in India to offer brokerage services for luxury homes. It will operate in India as India Forbes Global Properties and would initially develop project in Mumbai in association with landowners and local developers.
It would develop a 100-acre mixed use project in Navi Mumbai in partnership with Orange Smart City, which is developing a 1,200-acre integrated township. Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) will be involved in developing the infrastructure.
