📋 Tender Overview
March 18 celebrates World Recycling Day, which was introduced in 2018 on the initiative of the Global Recycling Foundation, in order to draw attention to the importance of waste processing and rational use of natural resources.
Why is it important? According to the UN, more than 2 billion tons of waste are produced annually in the world, and this figure is growing. Improper treatment of garbage leads to environmental pollution, global warming and depletion of the planets resources.
Recycling helps:
Reduce the amount of waste in landfills.
Save natural resources (trees, water, minerals).
Reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Each of us can get involved in such an important business as preserving the environment:
Sorting waste - glass, paper, plastic, metal and organic waste can be sent for processing.
Reduce the use of plastic - choose reusable bags, bottles and containers
To support environmental initiatives - to participate in cleaning, environmental actions and educational events.
Waste recycling is not just a trend, but a need for the future of our planet. Anyone can contribute to the world to become cleaner and environmentally friendly! Lets join the environmental movement together!
