(AWS) to modernize its global cloud architecture. This cloud modernization is designed to scale WorkWaves operations to new levels, supporting large-scale enterprise clients, private equity portfolios, and market consolidators within the field service industry.As part of this initiative, WorkWaves next-generation artificial intelligence suite, WAIve(r), will be powered by Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, AWSs platform to build, connect, and optimize production AI agents. WorkWave is currently consolidating its core infrastructure utilizing Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS).
