Signature of an inter -institutional agreement to support the educational process of the year 2025 between UGEL and MunicipalityThe director of the UGEL Bambamarca Dr. Ydelso Hernandez Hernandez and the mayor of the district of Chugur Prof. Vidal Garcia Efus, made the signing of the inter -institutional agreement a reality with the purpose of supporting financially and working in a coordinated manner for the development of the educational process in the district during this year 2025.
The responsibilities of the parties are: The Municipality will provide support with the payment of teaching staff, education and administrative assistants, in the institutions where there is the need and the number of students who deserve to be attended, will also with mobility also support students who are in distant areas to reach their educational institutions in time.
Carry out construction and improvements of the school premises of the educational institutions, installation and maintenance of hygienic services of the educational institutions of the district, the payment of the Internet service as it has been carried out for several years.
For its part, the UGEL Bambamarca will carry out the supervision and monitoring of the pedagogical technical work carried out by teachers and more personnel hired with resources from the Municipality and the personnel appointed and hired by the Ministry of Education, with the perspective that we can all achieve the expected achievements in the educational process.
Carry out the capacities of teachers regarding the management of the national, regional and local curricular system, participating in training events, carrying out campaigns that promote students assistance to educational institutions, inform the municipality of compliance and performance of the personnel hired by this entity.
This agreement enters into force from April 1 to December 31 of this year, complying with all guidelines and policies emanating by the upper entities for compliance within the responsibilities of both parties.
