Pronabec offers 291 scholarships to begin university and technical studies in private institutions with academic expenses covered. There is no age limit to applyUntil this Wednesday, July 8, at 11:59 p.m. m., school graduates can apply for one of the 291 vacancies for the Peru Scholarship, call 2026, offered by the National Scholarship and Educational Credit Program (Pronabec) of the Ministry of Education. This opportunity allows you to start a career at private universities or institutes in the country with academic expenses covered.
The vacancies offered belong to the second moment of the call and are aimed at Peruvians of any age who have graduated from high school and who have proof of admission to a study program of an institute or university eligible to begin studies in the second semester of the year.
Peru Scholarship is the result of the coordinated work between the State and private educational institutions to expand opportunities for access to higher education by financing the vacancies offered.
The academic offer includes careers in various academic areas such as Big Data and Data Science, Agricultural Management, Biomedical Engineering, Economics, Architecture, Mechanical - Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering and Agro-export, International Business, Food Industry Engineering, among others.
Studies may be carried out at eligible universities and institutes with locations in 15 regions of the country: Ancash, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Callao, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huanuco, Junin, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Piura, Puno, San Martin and Tacna.
Each educational institution offers the benefits of the scholarships it offers, which, in most cases, cover the academic costs of the degree. Likewise, it establishes specific application requirements and conditions of permanence for scholarship recipients.
