Ltd has just organized the 6th Congress of delegates for the term 2020-2025 at the 8th Floor Hall B Building Vietnam Flight Management Corporation. Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Pham Viet Dung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Ministry of Transport Party Secretary Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Flight Management Corporation Mr. Lai Hong Luc Member of Executive Committee Deputy Chairman of Party Committee Vice Chairman of Trade Union of Vietnam Flight Management Corporation.Attending the meeting were Mr. Trinh Van Hai former Party Committee Secretary for the 2015-2020 term former Chairman of the Company Mr. Pham Quoc Dat former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term former Deputy Director of the Company Mr. Pham Quang Tuan former Member of the Party Standing Committee for the 2015-2020 term former Deputy Director of the Company and 94 delegates convened representing 162 party members in the entire Party attended.The Meeting listened to Mr. Le Tien Thinh Secretary of the Party Committee Chairman of the Company on behalf of the Presidium of the Congress presented the Political Report Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Director of the Company presented presents the Executive Boards review report of the 2015-2020 tenure to the Congress. Last term with the leadership and direction of the Companys Party Executive Committee drastic and comprehensive management of the Board of Directors of the company and the determination and efforts of the collective of officials party members and employees The Companys Party Committee has successfully completed the targets set out in the Resolution of the 5th Party Congress of the Companys Party Committee for the term 2015-2020 specifically as followsLeadership results of implementing political tasks Average revenue growth 10.99 year exceeding the plan the plan is 5.5 year. The average profit after tax increased by 21.38 year exceeding the plan 11.2 year for the plan. The average growth rate of labor productivity 12.59 exceeding the plan 8-9 year for the plan. Average salary growth rate 10.18 exceeding the plan 5-7 year for the plan. 100 of taxes fees and other amounts payable to the State budget shall be fully and timely implemented in accordance with law. There is no violation of the Charter of Organization and Operation the Regulation on Financial Management the Collective Labor Agreement the Grassroots Democracy Regulation and the provisions of law. The investment projects ensure quality efficiency and strictly comply with the provisions of lawRegarding the work of building the Party The Party Committee has led and directed the Party Committee to complete beyond the targets of building the Party such as establishing 5 new cells including 04 branches of the CNS station admitted new 54 party members. 100 of grassroots party organizations and party members are inspected and supervised. No party member violated discipline from the form of warning or more. The rate of average party members successfully fulfilling their tasks or higher is over 97. Over 90 of grassroots party organizations are categorized as fulfilling their duties.
