The Uruguayan Crafts pavilion was inaugurated within the framework of Rural del Prado 2026. Like every year, it is promoted by the National Directorate of Crafts, Small and Medium Enterprises (Dinapyme) of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining (MIEM), through its Craft Development Area.
Like every year, MIEM-Dinapyme, through its Artisanal Development Area, installed the Uruguayan Crafts pavilion, within the framework of Rural del Prado 2026.
On this occasion, more than 40 artisans from different parts of the country participate with their proposals, showing the value, design and Uruguayan work.
With a preferential location, visibility, commercialization and spaces to exchange processes, instruments and experiences are promoted.
The director of Dinapyme, Ximena CidrΓ‘s, toured the sales spaces, together with the management team, and spoke with the artisans.
Each and everyone recognizes that this constitutes an important moment in their annual sales, and that the boost provided by Dinapyme, which subsidizes 100% of the participation of artisans in this pavilion, is relevant. The selection of proposals was carried out through a call.
Throughout Expo Prado 2026 they will be present, with Uruguayan products and work.
This year, the BROU allows benefits on purchases with its cards, which represents support to achieve better sales.
