Regarding expanding the scope of regulation, to ensure consistency and logic, the Standing Committee of Law and Justice recommends not expanding the scope of regulation of the draft Law to Free Trade Zones, Integrated Logistics Zones, and Non-Tariff Zones in the provinces, because other provinces are not subject to regulation of this Law.
