On September 1 the rules for applying for a visa were changed. This is reported in the Department of International Technical Assistance and International Cooperation of the Lviv Regional State Administration. A special Service for submitting documents in the format of postal items is introduced by visa centers in conjunction with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kyiv and other consulates in Kharkiv Lviv Odessa Lutsk and Vinnytsia. Documents can be sent only through designated offices of Nova Poshta - said the director of the department Roman Shepelyak.Now when paying the service fee in Ideabank or Kredobank you must immediately indicate which method of submission you plan to usein person at the point of receipt of visa applications PPVAthrough the Nova Poshta courier.If you have chosen the first format for submitting documents the date and time of registration with PPVA will be automatically assigned at the time of payment. After that the operator will call the contact center to confirm them.At the same time you can change the conditions for applying for a visa and choose courier delivery to Nova Poshta.When you choose the second format for submitting documents you can send them immediately. In addition you do not need to wait for a call from the contact center.Please note that the package of documents must be sent within 90 days as the bank receipt is valid only during this time.
