The National Bank of Ukraine supplemented the requirements for entities that have expressed their intention to join the BankID System of the National Bank hereinafter - the BankID System of the NBU in the status of subscribers-service providers. Yes the regulator has obliged service providers to disclose to the user information on the conditions and procedure for providing the service for which the user is remotely identified through the BankID System of the NBU. In addition the procedure for connection and settlements between subscribers in the system has been clarified. In particular it will promoteraising awareness of system users and strengthening the protection of their rightsimproving the efficiency of the system and its reliability.Relevant norms are contained in the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 30 2020 109 On Approval of Amendments to the Regulations on the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine which enters into force on August 1 2020.
