The head of the Kharkiv Regional Administrative Organization, Oleg Synegubov, together with the head of the regional council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko, and entrepreneurs of the region joined the expanded meeting of the platform "Dialogue between government and business".
The online meeting was chaired by Viktor Mykyta, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The meeting was attended by over 7,000 entrepreneurs from 24 regions of the country. Businessmen were presented with a new mechanism for interaction, appeals, and collection of analytical data - the digital platform "Pulse".
"The Head of State pays special attention to the importance of preserving and creating new jobs in the regions of the state. Ensuring effective implementation of tasks is possible only through systematic communication with business. The leaders in the productivity of the "Dialogue of Government and Business" platform remain Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zakarpattia and Kirovohrad regions. We are improving and expanding our communication in order to promptly resolve problematic business issues and create a favorable economic climate," Viktor Mykyta noted.
Based on the analytical digital platform "Pulse", entrepreneurs can leave feedback on the results of their own business, the quality of communication with local authorities and promptly receive assistance. The platform will also hold votes on the priority needs of entrepreneurs, and statistical information is available.
"The analytical digital platform "Pulse" is a new level of our communication with business. Over the six months of operation of the national platform "Dialogue between Government and Business" in the Kharkiv region, 18 meetings have already been held, involving 3,196 representatives of the business community of the region. Based on the results of the meetings, a list of problematic business issues has been formed, the solution of which is possible both at the local level and at the level of central executive bodies. I am convinced that the new interaction tool will also have a positive impact on strengthening the economy of the regions of our country," said Oleg Synegubov.
Users of the digital platform "Pulse" can submit a petition. If it receives 500 or more votes, the issue will be forwarded to the relevant ministry for consideration.
"The initiative at the level of the President of Ukraine to create this platform is extremely important. Considering that the speakers are the first persons in Ukraine who are responsible for business, including. As a representative of local government, I understand that this is extremely important for business on the ground, especially in frontline regions like ours," added Tetyana Yegorova-Lutsenko.
In addition, the functionality of the analytical digital platform allows entrepreneurs to track the processing status of their own application.
"Communication based on the "Dialogue between Government and Business" platform helped me develop my business, get new contracts - this is both energy independence and personnel issues. By the way, my suggestions were also applied. I am very pleased that I am joining the joint work. I believe that this is very necessary for entrepreneurs - to feel that they are not alone in this situation, but together with the authorities are solving today's issues," said Igor Yefymenko, General Director of the Ukrainian Resource Center.
