The Rogan Town Military Administration, as an exemplary barrier route in Kharkiv region, is determined to implement a project to create barrier -free routes in settlements. Inclusivity, openness and high standards of quality of life - all this should be in all communities, Oleg Synigubov emphasized.
In addition, the 31 community of Kharkiv region has already created a barrier -free council under the executive body of the village, settlement, city council. A comprehensive survey of 38 settlements in order to assess the level of infrastructure availability for low -mobility groups is conducted in communities in the region where the security situation allows.
