Issues of ensuring the rights of internally displaced persons improving mechanisms for providing services are under constant control of the Government.The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Amendments to the Procedure for Registration and Issuance of a Certificate of Registration of an Internally Displaced Person was adopted in order to simplify the provision of services for internally displaced persons using the Action mobile application.The changes introduced an electronic version of the certificate of registration of an internally displaced person in the mobile application Action.The electronic certificate and the certificate of registration of an internally displaced person paper version have the same legal force in particular the electronic certificate is presented by a person on a smartphone without presenting its paper form.The innovation was made possible by the cooperation of the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Digital Transformation which signed the Agreement on Information Interaction on September 22 2020.It should be noted that more than 11000 internally displaced persons are registered in the Lviv region. They receive targeted assistance from the state every month - up to 3000 hryvnias per family. If there are people with disabilities in the family - it is 3400 hryvnias for a large family - 5000 hryvnias.
