On Monday November 15 Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will visit Brussels to take part in a meeting of EU foreign ministers in preparation for the Eastern Partnership summit hold talks with NATO leadership and a number of bilateral meetings with fellow ministers and EU commissioners.The Minister announced this at an online briefing on Friday November 12.Security will be a key topic of my talks in Brussels. It will be about practical steps of support of Ukraine by our partners against the background of the situation along the Ukrainian border in the zone of armed conflict in Donbass temporarily occupied Crimea and in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova the Minister said.In Brussels the Minister will take part in a meeting of EU foreign ministers in preparation for the Eastern Partnership summit in December will meet with NATO leadership and will hold a series of bilateral meetings with fellow ministers and EU commissioners.Dmitry Kuleba said that Russia had launched a new phase of a hybrid war against Europe and the United States.
