📋 Tender Overview
The Academy of Electronic Government Estonia has announced a tender for the development of software modules for the electronic identification system based on Action ID. This spring Mintsifry will present a new service - Action ID. This is an electronic signature on a smartphone in a few clicks. Ukrainians will be able to use a qualified electronic signature QES completely online in a few clicks on their own smartphone. Identification during the formation and issuance of an electronic signature Action ID must be performed by a qualified provider of electronic trust services remotely. That is without the personal presence of the person at the registration point of the service provider. Therefore a tender has been announced for the development of an electronic signature creation and issuance service based on Action ID.Services for the development of software modules and libraries for the development of Ukraines electronic identification system based on Action ID are provided under the International Technical Assistance Project Interoperability e-Services and Cyber Security EU4DigitalUA funded by the European Union. The project is implemented by the Estonian Academy of Electronic Government EGA.According to the conditions among the processes that will require automationobtaining and verifying the identification data of an individual from a contactless electronic medium embedded in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine and the passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad using the NFC module of the smartphonecreation and verification of a paired divided improved electronic signature using the mobile application Action and the server part of the portal of electronic servicesimplementation of mechanisms for the formation of public key certificates and management of public key certificates for a paired shared advanced electronic signature on the part of the software and hardware complex of the provideracceptance of electronic documents required for concluding agreements on the provision of electronic trust services by the software and hardware complex of the providerformation and maintenance of the electronic archive of the provider.Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until February 23 inclusive.
